• 1. Crown Jewel – $2,000.00
  This premier sponsorship offers high-visibility recognition across all conference materials, social media, and a dedicated pre-event e-blast, along with access to the attendee list. Sponsors receive a full-page ad in the digital brochure, logo placement in the post-event thank you email, and recognition supporting both a speaker and the overall conference. The package also includes a premium double exhibit booth with priority placement and the opportunity to include a promotional item in attendee bags.
• 2. Velvet Elite – $1,500.00
  This sponsorship includes a dedicated pre-conference e-blast, recognition as a sponsor of both a speaker and the overall event, and inclusion of your logo in the post-event thank you email. Sponsors will also receive a half-page ad in the digital conference brochure, on-site recognition through conference signage, and a single 10’x9’ exhibit space with a table and two chairs. A promotional item may also be included in attendee bags to enhance direct engagement.

  This sponsorship includes a dedicated pre-conference e-blast, recognition as a conference event sponsor, and logo placement in the post-event thank you email and digital brochure. Sponsors also receive a half-page ad in the conference brochure, on-site recognition through sponsor signage, and a 10’x9’ exhibit space with a table and two chairs.   This includes a general exhibitor location for one table and two chairs, and also includes recognition on conference signage, logo placement in the post-event thank you email and digital conference brochure, and a quarter-page ad in the conference brochure. Sponsors may also include a promotional item in attendee bags to enhance visibility and engagement.
• 5. The Classic – $250.00
  This sponsorship includes logo recognition in the digital conference brochure and the opportunity to include a promotional item in attendee bags for added visibility.
• 6. Lanyard Sponsor
  Available on a first-come, first-served basis, this sponsorship provides your organization the opportunity to supply branded lanyards for conference attendees. A minimum of 500 lanyards must be provided. There is no monetary cost to participate; sponsors are only responsible for furnishing the lanyards.
• 7. Bag Sponsor
  Available on a first-come, first-served basis, this sponsorship allows your organization to provide branded bags for all conference attendees. A minimum of 500 bags must be supplied, and each bag must be capable of holding at least 5 pounds.
